About my Weight Journey:

From a young age I was insecure about my body and constantly compared myself to my friends. I did gymnastics for a long period in my life and it's a sport where you train in tights and compete in leotards and I felt so insecure because I didn't have a flat stomach like my friends. I never felt like I looked as good as they do.


I started to restrict myself from consuming less sugar & carbs to consuming no sugar or carbs . Eventually it involved to eating only one low calorie meal a day to eating nothing for 3 days.


I had to weigh myself everyday and would burst into tears because I picked up 2g even tho at that time I was extremely under weight.

My healing journey

I thought by losing weight that would solve my problems (make me worthy , boost my confidence, improve my relationships with friends and family)


But instead I developed an EATING DISORDER , BODY DISMORVIA ,more INSECURITIES, constant headaches, extreme anger, extreme sadness, bad vision, stomach ulcer, stomach cramps , dizziness, fainting, no energy, no menstrual cycle and the list goes on .......

I quickly realized that my weight wasn't the problem. It's my mind , my thoughts, the way I think about myself. I didn't give my body the love and nutrition she needs and I will forever feel a shamed of the.


My body gave me the best gift anyone could ask for. She made lungs , developed a brain , beaten 2 hearts at the same time. And she gave me a perfect healthy and handsome little boy.

Being healthy doesn't mean losing weight.

I want to help women that their focus doesn't have to be "losing weight". ITS NOT WORTH IT.

Your goal should be to love yourself, respect yourself and nutrition yourself!


Stop training to lose weight.

Train to be healthy

Make healthy eating habits , but don't restrict yourself.

Don't make yourself feel guilty for eating the donut.

A Healthy body starts from the inside

Everyday I have to make a choice not to relapse into my Eating Disorder, not to starve myself , not so restrict myself and to:


•Workout because I want to be healthy.

•To make healthy eating habits because I want to fuel my body with good nutrition.

•To look in the mirror and to love what I see.

Working out is do much more than just losing weight!

For me my favorite part would be what I call "happy hormones". It's a hormone called "endorphins" that makes you feel good.

It's a hormone that relieve pain , reduce stress and improve your sense of well-being.
